How To Register And Upload Your Swap Inventory

Below are the instructions to enter your swap items in prior to arriving at the Annual Team Summit Ski & Snowboard Swap. Once completed, simply bring your items to any of our consignment check in desks to have your items labelled and put on the floor for sale. GETTING STARTED - Click "Register Your Inventory/Sign up"

REGISTER - If you already have an account with MySkiSwap, then click "log in to your account. - Otherwise create your account by following the prompts below. *\*This is important as this account will be used to track the status of your items.*

REGISTER - A valid email is required to create your account and ensure easy tracking. - A valid phone number will help us reach out, should we have any questions over the course of the weekend. It also allows you to receive text messages when your items sell.

REGISTER - Please enter your preferred mailing address into this field. *\*This is the address we will send your check to.*

REGISTER - Click the "I accept the terms of service & privacy policy" field, followed by the "Sign up" button to complete registration.

**ADDING ITEMS** - Follow the prompts to enter the items you wish to donate.\ The more information you enter, the easier it is to find your item at pick up.\ Here are some helpful hints: - **Category ||** You may only select one, when in doubt, choose "other". - **Size ||** ie Small, Youth Med, XL, 155cm, 180cm, ML.... - **Discount ||** If selected, Discounts will be automatically applied starting the last day of the sale. Until then, they are full price. - **Upload Image ||** Uploading an image of the item is extremely helpful to our team during item pick up on the last day of the event; though this is not required.

**ADDING ITEMS** - Click "Create Inventory" to add the item to your inventory. - Then repeat for each remaining item.

**EDITING ITEMS** - We all make mistakes, you can always edit your items after you've entered them in by clicking the edit button on the far right of each item. - You can also delete items. However, once an item has been physically put on the sales floor, it may be able to get back quickly. \ Please email us at [events@teamsummit.org](mailto:events@teamsummit.org) should you need to pull an item while the sale is going on. \ \**Uploading a photo of your item will help us speed up the process.*
