How To Register And Verify Your Account On Gecko Clinic for Patient Portal

Please use this guide to register for our online patient portal from 15. March 2025 onwards.

Navigate to [https://geckoclinic.connect.tm3app.com/ ](https://geckoclinic.connect.tm3app.com/)

Click "Log In / Register" to access the new patient portal for Gecko Clinic.

Click the "Email/Mobile Number" field and enter your details.

Click "Next" to proceed with the registration.

Check your email/mobile for the verification code if your details are already in our system. If you are a new patient please proceed with the registration as prompted.

Enter the verification code from your email/mobile to verify your account.

Choose a secure password.

Strong password instructions can be seen here. Confirm the password and proceed with entering your details to complete the initial registration.

Click here to navigate to your diary and account sections.

Click Book and Appointment to select an appointment for yourself. If a family member wants to book an appointment they need to register separately for the patient portal. Select "My Diary" to view any upcoming Clinic appointments. Please note that all fitness and pilates bookings are on separate Gecko Fitness app available from your app store.

To view any payment receipts please click "My Account" and "My receipts" to review receipts from the registration point going forward. It will not show retrospective receipts.

So that we have most up to date details for you, including emergency contact and GP details (if applicable) please complete Registration From. Click "My Account" and "My Forms" to complete Registration Form.

To complete the form select Fill In and click to enter the data.

Complete the form, sign and save so that we have most up to date information for you. All submitted forms are saved under "My Forms" sections for you to view.

To modify your communication preferences go to " My Account" and "My Settings". Here you can select how you receive your appointment confirmation and reminders. Please select the consent box or you will not be receiving appointment confirmations or reminders. If you also prefer SMS option - select the box below.

If you would like to receive Gecko Newsletter select the "Email" for marketing options as we do not send SMS newsletters. We never share your data with third party marketers and information you will receive is from us to our Clinic and Fitness customers and may include health and service promotions, advice and team updates. You can opt out at any time by unticking the box here or unsubscribe by following the link from the newsletter itself. If you are also using Gecko Fitness app and wish to opt out of newsletters, please do so by unsubcribing via the link on the newsletter or from the Gecko Fitness app. Gecko Fitness App and Clinic systems are not interlinked and no data is shared between them.
