1
Log into your Navigate Student Dashboard.
2
Use your L-number and password.
3
Once in your Dashboard, click on the Planner tab.
4
In your planner tab, click on the Advisor Plans dropdown in the left-hand pane.
5
Click on the most current Academic Plan.
6
This will open the Academic Plan in the middle pane.
7
Click in the check boxes for the courses you wish to register for. I am going to focus on Fall term right now.
8
I have decided to take Writing 121Z, Communication 218Z, and Math 105Z for Fall term. I check each box in front of each of the courses. I then click Add to Term.
9
The dropdown list opens and I click Fall 2025.
10
This has now added all the courses that I want for Fall term. I then click on the View and Edit Schedule button.
11
This opens up my scheduler. I can now find courses using the View Sections to select sections of those courses that fit into my schedule - one by one, or I can use Navigate to help me with this.
12
I will click instead on the three-dot action button.
13
Once the dropdown menu appears, I click "Quick Scheduler"
14
Quick Scheduler then goes out to find me five possible schedules that work with my selections. I can view each schedule to find the best fit for me.
15
Here you see schedule one. I like how the courses line up in Schedule 1, so I click Pick Schedule 1.
16
This then pulls the selection into My schedule courses. If I like what I see, I can then just click register. If I do not like it, I can modify it. I happen to like this schedule.
17
I then click Register. Notice that the Register button shows that I have 3 courses to register for.
18
I then receive a Transaction Summary indicating that I have registered for the courses and click Got it.
19
Now you can see I am registered. Click here.

To log out, click your "Profile graphic , here mine is "TC". Drop-down menu pops up, click "Logout". You have logged out of your Navigate Student Dashboard.
