How To Register Multiple People for the 2025 IAG Conference

If you would like the other individuals you are registering to become IAG members (and have access to member discounts), please ask them to login to the website, click "Join" and complete a membership form prior to registering them for the conference. They can choose to be invoiced or to pay online. Either payment method will activate their membership right away and provide access to member prices at conference registration.

If you would like to become an IAG member (and have access to member discounts), please click "Join" and complete a membership form prior to registering. Choose "Invoice Me" for the payment method. After you register for the conference, you will have the option to choose your payment method. If you are paying by check or ACH, you will receive several invoices - one invoice for your membership and one invoice for each person you register for the conference. If you are paying by credit card, you will be able to pay for your membership and all conference registrations at the same time. If you do not want to purchase a membership, you may skip this step.

Click "Conference"

Click "Register"

Enter the email of the first registrant. **IMPORTANT** -- the first email you enter will receive all of the invoices for the order.

Click "Next"

Choose a registration type. If this registrant has completed a membership form, you will see the member price options available here. If not, please choose one of the standard rate options.

Click "Next"

Complete the registration form for this registrant.

Choose a Payment Option.

Click "Next"

Review your registration. If you have someone else to register, select "Invoice Me" and continue to step 13. If you are finished registering everyone, select a payment option to complete the transaction. Choose "Invoice Me" to receive an invoice. Choose "Pay Online" to pay with credit card.

If you would like to register another person, click "New registration".

Enter the email address of the next registrant.

Click "Next"

Choose a registration type for this registrant. If they have purchased a membership, you will see the member prices available. The system will recognize the e-mail address associated with the membership.

Click "Submit"

Complete the registration form for this registrant.

Click "Next"

Review your registration. If you have someone else to register, select "Invoice Me" and return to step 13. If you are finished registering everyone, select a payment option to complete the transaction. Choose "Invoice Me" to receive an invoice. Choose "Pay Online" to pay with credit card.

You can repeat the process to add more registrants. If you would like to view all of your registrations, click "Review all my registrations". You can also access your registrations by logging into your account.
