Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.

Click the device you need to remove.

Click "Details"

Click "Advanced Settings"

Click "Delete"

Click "Remove Device"

Click "Proceed".
The device is removed from the portal immediately and service will no longer work. If you are wanting to re-activate the device on another account you can do so after 30 minutes.
