How To: Renew your Coach Membership

To renew your Coach Membership you can choose 3 options: 1. EA Coach Accreditation with Insurance 2. EA Coach Accreditation with out Insurance 3. Non-Practicing with No Insurance (please see separate step by step guide)

Navigate to your EA Profile and click on "Membership" at the top of the page

This will give you 3 Membership Options to choose from

Select the Coach Accreditation you would like to purchase. You will see an explanation of what is covered in this membership.

The middle selection is EA Coach Accreditation without Insurance

The first step for this membership is to upload a copy of your Certificate of Currency (COC) the details are below.

Add a start date - so the date you took out the policy

Add an expiry date, so we know when your insurance cover will expire.

Complete the box with the name of your Insurance Company

Upload a copy of your COC, this will show as a PDF file in this section.

Please ensure your name is on the COC and select "Yes or NO" If your name does not appear on your COC then we will need a letter from your employer/insurance as proof of cover.

Click "Save" in the top right hand corner

This will sit as Pending on your account until the Coaching Team have approved the document, once approved it will turn green and say "Active".

Please then continue to follow the rest of the steps which are the same as the EA Coach Accreditation with Insurance.

The third option is the EA Coach Accreditation for Non-Practicing and No Insurance option - please see separate step by step guide for this membership

The Process to follow for EA Coach Accreditation with Insurance

Click "Select"

Complete your Emergency contact details

Complete your details that you would like to show in the Coach Finder under your Profile. You can select if you would like to be listed or not, by selecting "Yes or No"

Tick the boxes related to you, please Note additional filters will be added at a later date.

Specific Genres means your Interests, tick any boxes relevant to you.

Choose your facilities, there will be an option for "Other" coming soon.

Upload your Working with Children Check including the Expiry Date and Number. This will show yellow & state "Pending Approval" Once it has been approved it will turn green and show "Active". If your WWC is in date it will show as Active as per the below and you will not need to upload another copy.

Click "Upload" to add your First Aid Certificate

Use the calendar provided to add the date you took the course.

The Expiry date will automatically populate in the Expiry date box

Add the name of your First Aid Provider in the box "Provider Name"

Next upload a copy of your First Aid Certificate from your computer. If your First Aid Certificate is in date it will show green and "Active" so you will not need to upload another copy. As per the WWC example.

Next step is to follow the link to purchase your 'Coach Update" if required and once completed upload your certificate by clicking the "Upload" button

Then complete the details below with your relevant details.

Click this dropdown to choose your option

Tick any boxes relevant to you, leave blank if not applicable.

Click "Same address for residential" if you want to use your EA Profile address.

If you unclick it gives you the option to use a different address.

Make sure you tick the coach declaration tick box at the top of the page.

Click "Subscription or One Off Payment" at the bottom of the page. Subscription means it will automatically renew each year on the 30th June 2026.

Click "Finish" will take you to the payment gateway where you can pay for your EA Coach Accreditation
