How To Request Accommodations

Welcome to RPCC! To ensure a smooth process for requesting accommodations, please watch our guided video that walks you through each step.

Navigate to <https://www.rpcc.edu/>

Select "Future Students"

Click "Accommodations"

Click "Apply for Services"

Click "Accommodations Application"

Click an "Applicant Type".

Click to upload the "Disability Documentation\*."

Enter "First and Last Name."

Enter "LOLA Number\*".

Enter "RPCC Email Address."

Enter "Date of Birth\*".

Select your "Gender."

Select the "Semester" for which you are requesting services.

Enter the "Year of Enrollment\*".

Enter "Street Address".

Enter "City".

Enter "State/Province."

Enter "Postal/Zip Code."

Select "Country" from dropdown.

Enter "Phone Number."

Enter "Emergency Contact Name."

Enter "Emergency Contact Phone Number."

Select "Disability that Applies."

Select "All Accommodations Requesting."

Identify Person for "Information Release Authorization & Relationship."

Identify Another Person for "Information Release Authorization & Relationship."

Sign "Your Name" here.

Click "Submit"
