Login to your Alcove portal

Click "My Alcove"

Click the drop down box

Select the lease you would like to terminate

Click "See move out options" under the "Modify lease" section

Click "Leave the Alcove Community"

Click "During my existing lease (I need to break my lease)"

Click "Early Lease Termination Request"

Click "Continue"

Click the reason for your early lease termination request

Click "Continue"

Read the terms of conditions of Alcove's lease termination policy. Then, click "I have read and understand the above"

Click "Continue"

Click here.

Select your intended vacate date that you will be completely moved out of the home

Click "Continue"

Click the detailed reasoning of your termination request

Upload any evidence you have to support your termination request. If evidence is not provided on your request, it WILL NOT be submitted to your landlord for review

Click "Submit Evidence"

Click "Finish"

Once your lease termination request has been submitted, it is automatically sent to your landlord for their review and approval. Further updates from your landlord will be provided directly on your Resolution Center Ticket.
