Click "Enter your GT Account and Password GT Account: ..."

Select "Request ChBE Meeting Space" from the templates by clicking "book now"

Click "Choose Date Button"

Click "Add/Remove"

Click "ES&T-147 - Open 7 AM to 8 PM"

Click "Update Locations"

Select the available room from the "LIST". (These are all available at the requested time. To see ALL rooms, including those not available, select "SCHEDULE".)

Click the "Number of Attendees" field and add a number greater than 0.

Click "Add Room"

Click "Next Step"

Enter the meeting information in the form.

Click this dropdown.

Click "Create Reservation"
Your reservation request has been submitted and subject to approval from ChBE. You will receive a confirmation email once approved.
