Navigate to <https://equestrianaustralia.justgo.com/>

Type in your email OR username and click Forgot Password

Click "OK"

Click "Reset Password"

Click the "New Password" field.

Click the "Confirm Password" field.

Click "Save"

Click "Ok"

Click X to exit the Reset Password box

Click the "Password" field and enter your newly created password

Click "Log In"

Enter your Two-Factor Authentication Code and this will allow you to log in
