How To Run A Customer Enquiry Report

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Sales module.

Click "Customer Enquiry"

A customer account is required for running the customer enquiry - select your customer from the list.

Then click "RUN ENQUIRY"

This will display the history of all transactions for a customer account.

The oldest transactions will be at the top,

with newest transactions at the bottom.

you can increase the number of records displayed per page using the record per page dropdown, and choosing more records.

On the left of the enquiry list we have the transaction date, period and transaction type.

In the middle of the enquiry list we have the sales type, the transaction number and customer reference.

You can drill into any transaction by clicking the transaction number.

You can use the breadcrumbs to return to your enquiry - Click "Customer Enquiry " followed by the account code.

On the right we have the transaction value in home currency and foreign currency, the outstanding amount for the transaction, and a running balance.

To view the allocations for a transaction, open the overflow menu,

Then click "ALLOCATIONS"

This will display all allocations for a transaction. To undo an allocation for one of the transactions, open the overflow menu,

Then click "UNDO ALLOCATION".

To return to your enquiry, click the breadcrumb for the enquiry - "Customer Enquiry", followed by the account code.

We have several more options for filtering. You can filter the transactions to a range of accounting periods,

Choose whether to include all transactions or outstanding only,

Or filter to a specific transaction type or sales type.
