This guide provides a step-by-step process for accessing and running the "Annual Review Status Report," ensuring you can efficiently track employee progress in the annual review process. It offers two methods for accessing the report—via Reports or Dashboard.

Navigate to \[linkWithIcon\]

Option 1: Accessing via Reports

Click on the navigation menu in the upper-right corner

Click "Reports"

Click "Custom Reports"

Click on the Excel Workbook Icon to download the report

If you don't see the report, first make sure you've selected "Shared With Me". If you still don't see the report, please email HRBP@ou.edu

Option 2: Accessing via Dashboard

Click on the navigation menu in the upper-right corner

Click "Reports"

Click "Dashboards"

Your screen may look different depending on any dashboard(s) you have access to / or created. You want "Annual Review CY2025".

The data does not automatically update, so you always want to refresh for the latest information. To do that, click on the down arrow icon.

Click "Refresh"

You can view the data behind the graphic in a new window, or you can download the report.

To view the data behind the graphic in a new window, click the down arrow icon

Click "View Details"

A new window will open and look like this. Here you can view all of the employees and see where they are in the annual review process.

To download the data behind the graphic, click the down arrow icon

Click "Export to Excel"
