We're using Calendly to book advising appointments with our team of advisors! Navigate to <https://calendly.com/d/cnwk-4hr-g2t>

**Click the option that pertains to why you need advisor support:** removing hold, raise unit cap, signature, major/minor exploration, course suggestions, research, or other questions. Each option will have guidance as to how you can get support in the most efficient way. Select submit to continue!

You'll be directed to select an advisor to meet with. Each advisor will have different availability, feel free to click through all of the advisors calendars to find the time that best suits your needs. On the left hand side, you can find more details about our availability and when appointments are released.

Click "Submit" to continue!

Click the type of appointment you're interested in. Options vary by duration and mode (Zoom or In-person). A shorter appointment is best for quicker questions or one topic, a longer appointment would be best for more complex topics or multiple topics. We encourage students to read up on our website (or those of campus partners such as: Study Abroad, L&S, etc.) to prepare for their appointment.

Select a date that works for you. Click through the calendar options.

Once you identify a day, a range of times available will open up. Select a time that works for you to continue scheduling! As appointments book up, you may see less availability, especially during busy times of the term (typically beginning and end). Reminder: new appointments will open up each business day.

Click "Next" to proceed and finalize the booking.

Now, we need to gather some information to best prepare for our appointment. Enter your ***name, UCB email, and Berkeley SID #*** (Student ID Number).

Continue filling out some more information regarding your class standing, reason for appointment, and anything else you'd like us to know.

Continue on! You're almost done scheduling.

Lastly, share your phone number if you'd like. We will send a courtesy text reminder 2 hours prior to the appointment AND can use it to call you should there be a Zoom/Internet outage.

Click "Schedule Event!"

**Now you should be taken to a confirmation screen.** You'll also receive an email reminding you of your appointment a few hours before the scheduled time. And again, a text reminder if you chose to provide your phone number.

You'll be sent a calendar invitation to the email you provided.
