Open the Google slide you've created.

Click "File"

Click the "share" arrow and select "Publish to web"

Select "Link" and click "Publish"

Copy the link

Make sure "Published content & settings" is set to Wake Forest University.

Switch back to your Carousel tab.

Click Google Slides

Paste the link in the field "Google Slides Share Link:"
Remember to rename your bulletin. Include your department/organization name and something that describes your content, e.g. Campus Life_Apply for CLAC.

Click "Schedule"
Remember: No need to change any other "content" details. These are the default settings.

Remember to uncheck the "Always Active" checkbox in order to schedule your content.

Choose your "Start" and "End" dates.

Click "Submit"

ALL DONE! 🎉
Reminder: If you want the submitted content on other screens, remember to copy them over. Users can also update the slides if needed and they will automatically update in Carousel.
