How To Search for a Transfer of Expense

This document describes how to search for an existing transfer of expense in the OFC Transfers of Expense module.

Click on "Transfers of Expense"

To search for a transfer, you can enter in a Request ID, or use the "Advanced Search."

If you know the Request ID, select the "Enter Request ID" field and enter the ID.

For the "Advanced Search" select the drop down arrow.

In the "Advanced" Search, users have the ability to search by several fields, include "Requesting FRU", "Status", and "Risk Category".

Users can also search on TOE Source, such as "Project" or "GL".

Users can also search by "Status" of the TOE.

Users can also search for a TOE based on "Risk Category".

In this example below, we are searching based on TOE status.

Select a status of "Submitted."

Click "Search"

The Search will return all transfers that currently have a status of "submitted".

If you want to further refine by "Risk Category", you can click on corresponding piece of the pie chart (shown below) and the search will return those items.

In the example below, we have clicked on "HR: Federal" and it has returned two transfers meeting that criteria.

If you want to refresh the transfers from the original search, click near the pie chart as shown below, or you can click on the "Reset" button.

To restart the search, or to search for another transfer, select "Reset."
