Start on the Contacts tab of the Marketing CRM. NOTE: Detailed email campaigns can also be created in the Marketing tab. Please see our other Knowledge Base articles on Marketing Email Campaigns for more info.

For best practices, we recommend sending the email to a pre-defined smart list. For this example, we will use the website leads list. Click this checkbox to select all leads in the list.

Click the Send Email button.

Click "Ok, proceed" to confirm you are taking a bulk action.

You can choose to use exisiting email templates or write a new email in the box below.

Make sure you add the From Name, From email, and Email Subject.

Choose whether you want to send the emails all at once, at a scheduled time, or in drip mode.

Enter a description for the action (to be shown in tracking report).

Click "Send Email"

To check the progress of your action, click "Bulk Actions"

Click "(View Details)" to see the details of the action.

Click the three dots icon to pause, cancel, or edit the action.
