How To Set Up Payroll Periods

Magnarsystems

Open Magnar HCM link and login to your ESS page.

To access the Backoffice, click the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Go to Payroll".

Go to "Setup" and click on "Period"

Select the "Employee Type" and the "Year".

Click "Filter"

Click on 'Auto Fill' to automatically populate all periods for the year.

Check the box under "Is Current" next to your current payroll month and click "Save".

You can also set your payroll periods manually. Select the from - to dates.

Enter the Period number.

Enter the Period Days.

Click on the three dots and "Save".

Repeat the process for the remaining periods.
