**!!! Firstly !!!** Download the 2-Factor Authentication mobile application on your phone. This can be Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

2FA needs to be first enabled on the general account before it can be added individually to each login. Please login with the general/main login and setup the authentication. Done? Now you and your employees need to login with their individual credentials and authenticate with their own personal devices.

Click "Log in"

In the 2FA pop-up, click on "Install Now".

Make sure to 'acknowledge' and click 'enable' to proceed.

Follow the steps on the Authenticator app as listed below, and scan the QR code.

You are now done and have successfully set up Two-Factor Authentication! Please ensure that all your individual employees who have their own logins each login with their details and set up 2FA for their accounts.
