How To Set Up Your CRM Calendar

Click "Calendars"

Click "Calendar Settings"

Click the 3 dots icon.

Click "Edit"

Upload your business logo (if applicable).

Edit the calendar name if needed. (This name will display on calendar embeds and links)

Write a description for your calendar. (ex: Book your free trial, Consultation includes...)

Customize the calendar URL (not required)

Customized the meeting invite title (this will display on calendar invites).

Enter meeting location - such as your business address.

Go to the Availability section.

Edit times for each day to adjust what time slots are available for booking. Click the plus button to add additional time slots for each day.

Click on the clock icon to adjust slot start and end times.

Edit meeting interval (Meeting interval reflects the amount of time the between booking slots that will be shown in the calendar. For a 30 min event that should be available at the top of each hour, the interval would be 1 hr. For a 30 min event that should be available every 30 minutes, the interval would be 30 minutes.)

Edit meeting duration (how long the appointment is).

Adjust minimum scheduling notice (the amount of time before an appointment someone can book a slot)

Adjust maximum bookings per day.

Adjust maximum bookings per slot.

Adjust pre-buffer time if applicable (Pre-Buffer is additional time that can be added before an appointment, allowing for extra time to get ready)

Adjust post-buffer time if applicable (Pre-Buffer is additional time that can be added after an appointment)

Go to the Forms & Payment section.

Select the form that will collect visitor information. (Default is recommended)

Choose whether you want to display the consent checkbox. (Recommended to keep on)

Edit the message that displays on the thank you page of the calendar.

Go to the Notifications & Additional Options section.

Check the boxes if you would like the contact or any additional emails to receive the acknowledgement email after booking.

Edit the notes field to include important information about the appointment.

Go to the Connections section.

If you would like to sync with your Google calendar, select the calendar here.

Go to the Customization section.

Add a calendar cover image (optional)

Click "Save" to save all of your chages.

To share your calendar or embed it, click the 3 dot icon.

Click "Share"

Click "Copy" to copy the calendar link.

To find the embed code, Click "Embed Code"

Click Copy and paste into your website or any other platform where you want to display the calendar widget.
