Click "VOLUNTEERS 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEARTucson Unified DistrictTucson, ArizonaJun 7, 2025"

Click this button field.

Click "Sign up"

Click the "Email address\*" field and enter your email address

Enter a password and click continue

Go to your email inbox and look for an email from "no-reply@powerschool.com" and click "verify your account"

Click "continue to job board"

Enter your personal information, click the "I agree to grant PowerSchool permission to collect, display, and process personal data and provide service, conforming to the Terms of Use (ToU) for SchoolSpring and use the site accordingly." field, and click "save and continue"

Type "volunteer" in the search jobs box and click "search"

Click "VOLUNTEER 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR"

Click "Apply for this job!"

Answer the Pre-screening questions and press "continue"

Enter your personal information. Enter your social security number. Click "next".

Review the Volunteer Details page

Enter your personal information

Click "No" for the question "Are you the legal guardian of a child enrolled in the school you are volunteering for?"

Select the "Chaperone" option to the "please select in what capacity you are volunteering"

Type Marching Band in the "Volunteer Activity/Program (i.e. field trip, Project SOAR, Literacy Connects/Reading Seed, etc.)" field

Select the "University High School" or "Rincon High School" option for "What TUSD location will you be volunteering for?"

Type Mr. Merchant in "Name of Teacher/Employee/Supervisor with whom you will be volunteering" field

Click "Yes" on the "Will you be allowed or required to supervise students (other then your own)?" field

Answer to "Do you currently hold a valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card?" question and click "next"

If you have a valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card upload it here

Click "Next"

Review the Volunteer Acknowledgements page

Select the "Agree" option and click "next"

Review the Certification Regarding Criminal Record page

Answer the questions accordingly and click "next"

Review the Review and Submit page

Click "I agree to the terms above". You DO NOT need to enter your Social Security Number. Type your signature.

Click "I agree to the terms above" , type your initials, and click "submit"

You will receive an email with the subject "TUSD Confirmation of Submitted Application"
