Selecting the ELC Section I want

Navigate to [https://jacobsschool.ucsd.edu/idea/current-undergraduates/ELC](https://jacobsschool.ucsd.edu/idea/current-undergraduates/ELC)

Click "Sign Up for Engineering Learning Communities Here!"

Click the dropdown to see which find a specific section.

Click "Search..."

Go to dates related to the next quarter
Alert! If there is more than 1 section offered, you will need to click "Load More" to find the correct section.

Click "Load more for Thu, Apr 3 2025..."

Notice this section has more than 1 section (Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Select correct section

A new window will appear - by default, you will be added to all 10 weeks for that section. You can unselect the date to only select a specific date.

Click "Save"

Click "Close" (window doesn't automatically close)
Can I confirm/cancel my sign up?
You will receive an email confirming your sign up! You can also cancel through the Dashboard.

Click "Dashboard"

You may be prompted to enter your cell phone to receive text reminders!

This is the homepage - on the right you will see your upcoming appointments.

Click "Show More..." to see all
Looking to cancel a section?

Click the X

You will be prompted if you would like to cancel all related in the series or an individual appointment.

Click "Cancel All in Series"

Select reason for cancellation.

Click here.

You're appointment will then show cancelled on your dashboard.
