How To Submit An Expense Request

Magnarsystems

Open Magnar HCM link

Click on the top left of the screen.

Go to "ESS Services"

Go to "Expense Request"

Click on "New"

Enter the "Expense Date"

If the expense request is linked to a Travel Request, click "On"

If "On" is selected, you will have the option to choose the "Travel Transaction".

To view the "Travel Transaction" from the previous steps, the Travel Request must first be approved.

You can also view the details of the "Travel Transaction" from the "Expense Request".

Click on the + button to add multiple expenses.

Select the "Expense Type". Enter the Expense amount. Select the currency. Enter the Expense name or title.

You can also upload an attachment.

Click "Save"

Click "Submit"
