Navigate to [https://coupk.metrixenroll.com/login](https://coupk.metrixenroll.com/login)

Click "Login with MetrixAuth"

Enter your Email and Password, then Click "Sign in"

**If your password is not working, click "Forgot your password?"** and enter your email address on the next screen. You will receive an email from no-reply@metrixenroll.com, subject line: Forgot Password with a password reset code. Enter the code and set a new password on the following screen. *Note: You will need to enter the new password again after changing it on the sign in page. Be sure to save your new password in a safe place!*

Once logged in, the screen below will be your dashboard. Click "Expenditure Reports"

Choose the appropriate "School Year" field from the drop down menu.

Choose the appropriate "Quarter" field from the drop down menu. Q1 - Aug-Nov (Expenditure Report Due Dec 30) Q2 - Dec-Feb (Expenditure Report Due Mar 30) Q3 - Mar-May (Expenditure Report Due Jun 30)

Click "Report Expenditures"

This form will populate. Click "Start Report"

You can add a Description/Notes as needed. If you add figures in the "Other" box, you will be required to enter a Description/Notes.

You will enter your figures in the form directly.

Once all figures have been entered, Click "Save" Please note: Your total expenditures reported will be automatically calculated at the bottom of this page.

You are able to start a report, save, and come back to edit it later. Click "Edit Report"

You are able to download a copy of your report by Clicking "Download" We suggest saving a copy of your report for your records. Please note: you can also download your report from the dashboard.

Once all figures have been entered and NO further changes will be needed, Click "Mark As Complete"

Click "Confirm" and you have submitted your report.
