When the referral clicks on a unique affiliate link i.e. https://hulisa.co.za?ref=\[your_unique_token\], they'll be redirected to the bookkeeping services page i.e., <https://hulisa.co.za/bookkeeping-payroll-tax/>

They'll then click on "SIGN UP NOW" button which will take them to the pricing section.

The referral will then choose between the 3 tiers and then choose the one which interest them. For demonstration purposes we'll choose the "Bookkeeping pro plan" and then click on "SIGN UP" button.

The referral will then click on "Add to Cart" button

They'll then be redirected to the "checkout" page.

They'll start by filling in their "First Name", "Last Name", etc.

And then finish up by filling in their "Email Address".

After filling in their personal info, the referred can tick the "I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions" checkbox. NB: The referral must read through the terms and conditions before placing the order.

Then lastly, they'll click on "Place Order" button to conclude the checkout.

Alert! There are 2 emails that the referrals will get after placing an order. They're as follows: 1. One email will be an Order confirmation email. 2. The second one will contain login details for the referrals to access their client portal where they can manage their subscription.

The referrals will be redirected to the "Schedule appointment" page. This is where they'll an schedule an appointment to meet with the consultant in order to onboard them for the bookkeeping service they signed up for.

They'll first pick their preferred date

Then time

After picking the date and time, they'll (referrals) need to re-enter their phone number

And then finally click on the "BOOK THIS APPOINTMENT" button to book the appointment

They'll get a confirmation on screen and also via email

They'll click on "NEXT"

And just like that, they'll be redirected to the "Order Completed" page, and be finally done with everything 🥳🎉!
