Navigate to your school portal and sign in as admin

Click the "Admin" menu-group

Click the "Subscription" menu

Click "Plan Upgrade / Migration"

Click "Select Plan" and select the subscription plan you want to switch your portal to.\ \ *Note that you may get a popup for information and confirmation if you select to downgrade to a lower plan than your portal currently is in.*

Click "Upgrade Plan" (or "Downgrade Plan" as the case may be if you are moving to a lower plan)

Click "OK"
