How To Sync Your Email & Calendar With Nutshell

This guide offers a straightforward approach to syncing your email and calendar with Nutshell, enhancing your productivity and organization. To get started with syncing your email and calendar, click 'Settings' in the bottom left-hand corner of the app.

Then click 'Your settings'.

Finally, click 'Sync' email.

Now you can start to sync your email! Click the blue button to get started!

The dialog box that appears covers some of the capabilities that email sync enables. Once you've read through the benefits, click 'Start.'

Next, select your email provider. For this example, select Google as your email provider by clicking the 'Connect with Google' button. Nutshell will then open a dialog box from your email provider. In this popup from Google, select or type in the email address you want to sync.

Review your settings and click 'Continue'.

To finish syncing your email, simply hit the 'Yes, sync my email' button.

The next few popups will give you the opportunity to select your email sync settings. Here you can choose which emails to sync into Nutshell and which emails to share with your team.

Next, you can choose whether to pull in emails and contacts from the last 30 days.

In this dialog box, you can add email addresses that you want to block from showing in Nutshell. For example, you may want to block certain personal or sensitive emails. You can update your list of blocked emails at any time in your email settings. Select 'Finish & start syncing' to move to the next step.

On your settings page, select 'Calendar' under 'Your account' to sync your calendar.

If you've already connected your Google or Office 365 email account, simply click the 'Enable' button to enable calendar sync. If you haven't synced your email yet, select your calendar provider and go through the steps in the dialog box that appears to sign into your external calendar. Once you've enabled calendar sync, you can choose your settings, including which Nutshell activities to add to your external calendar and whether to import events from your external calendar to Nutshell.

You can also add additional calendars (i.e. your personal calendar) to help prevent scheduling conflicts! This works great for Nutshell Scheduler.
