If your school uses the SchoolRemit Fees Wallet payment gateway for fees payment, you may notice that some families/students may fund their wallets and do not proceed to their portal accounts to clear their invoices afterwards. If your system is not set to automatically clear the next outstanding invoices of student/families upon their fees wallet funding, then you may need to proceed to take the payments from their wallet balances so as to pay up the invoice(s) from your own end.
