Receiving your Ring Ceremony GUEST DIGITAL TICKETS

Navigate to your email - Subject line will be "Your UC San Diego Triton Box Office Mobile Tickets have arrived!"

Alert! If you directly click the link then it will take you directly to the ticket! You and your guests will have separate entries, you MUST transfer officially transferring tickets to your guests directly. If they need assistance at the box office day of, they can get help if the tickets are under their information. 1. Will all your guests be arriving together? IF YES - Transfer all tickets to one person of the group\ IF THEY ARE ARRIVING SEPARATELY, Transfer tickets to those directing via email so guests have access to their specific tickets

How to access your guest tickets to transfer them

Click on "Sign in as Student/Faculty" and login with your student AD information

Once logged in, click on the circular icon with your initials in the top right left corner of the window

Once on your account page, Click "Transfer"

Click "Jacobs School of Engineering Ring Ceremony - Guest Tickets"

Select tickets you'd like to transfer (GUEST TICKETS)

Click "Continue (1 Ticket)"

You can send the ticket via text or email - both will prompt them to create an account to accept the tickets

Enter information for the person you'd like to transfer tickets to

Click the "Email *" field.

Click "Transfer Tickets"

You will be sent to a page with the following "Transfer Invite Sent", if you need to transfer additional tickets, click "Start a New Transfer" and repeat steps

Click "Pending Transfer" if you'd like to check on the status of your transfers

You will receive an email confirmation stating that you started a transfer of your ticket(s)

GUEST RECEIVING TRANSFER

Your guests will receive an email telling them that there is a ticket transferred to them \ THEY NEED TO ACCEPT THE TRANSFER

Click "Accept Transfer"

Tip! Most folks will NOT have an account, they will need to make an account to receive the tickets

Click "Create Account"

They will complete the "Create Account" Section

Tip! Once the account is created, they may need to go back to the email and click the "Accept Transfer" link again

Click "Accept Transfer"

This is the window after they have accepted the ticket! 🎉
