How To Update Firmware Through Triton Cloud

Tritonsensors

Go to app.tritonsensors.com

Click "Device Management"

Click "Action" --> "Edit"

Scroll down to the firmware section and choose the latest Firmware Version

You can either deploy the firmware to just one device

Or multiple devices

Using the drop down

Alert! Allow at least an hour for the update to apply (especially when doing bulk updates). You can check the firmware version under "device management" it might take a while to load so you can also check through the IP of the sensor under device settings --> device info

Go to "Device Management" to confirm that the update has applied

The correct version should show under "Current Firmware"

Tip! If the firmware doesn't update or fails to load, try rebooting the device (it needs to show live under connectivity status and be online to reboot the sensor)

Reboot Procedure

Click into a device

Click "Controls"

Click "Reboot" for just one device or "Reboot all devices" to reboot all devices
