How To Update Your Payment Methods

Learn the necessary steps to add and save your payment information within your account. This guide simplifies the process to ensure your billing details are kept current and secure. Payment methods in Realm are used for giving and paying for events. All transactions are processed through VANCO, which is a third-payment processor much like a bank. Realm and VANCO subscribe to the highest levels of cybersecurity. For more information on the security practices, please call the church office.

Click "Payment Methods"

Click here

To add the payment method, just fill in the blanks. Please note the drop-down menu titled "Account Type." You can choose Credit/Debit Card, Checking account, or Saving Account. The payment method you choose will determine what information you need to fill out in the form.

Click "Save"

Once you have saved the information, this box will appear, showing you your available payment methods. It will also show if you have a scheduled payment set up for giving (This screenshot shows a monthly gift).
