How To: Update your Club Details

This guide provides a straightforward process for updating your club details, ensuring that your information remains current and accurate. By following the steps outlined, you can easily manage essential aspects like business hours and primary activities, which are crucial for effective communication with members and stakeholders. Equestrian

From "CLUB PROFILE", click on UPDATE DETAILS button and complete the Basic Details. Clubs have the opportunity for a small amount of branding with their profile image. *Note: The profile image should be in PNG format for a transparent background or in JPEG for a white or coloured background. Profile image should be 138x177px and allow an additional 20px border.*

Next select the SOCIAL MEDIA menu item and add the links to your organisation's social media channels.

If your Club/Affiliate membership is current, the tile will display the number of Active memberships (1) and when the next renewal is due.

If you click on the tile, you will see the State your organisation is affiliated to, the membership type and the expiry date of the membership. Go to step 5. If your Club/Affiliate membership is not current, the tile will display + ADD. Click on the tile, and you will see the membership types available. Go to step 8.

As your organisation has an active membership, next click "CLUB DETAILS".

Within "CLUB DETAILS" please complete all the mandatory questions within the Information form.

Click "Save"
