NEOnet provides a robust ecommerce market place to provide your district the means to save on purchases, utilize one time and open purchase orders, and an approval tree purchasing process. It is accessible from the "Market Place" menu item.

Learn more about the Market Place features on this page or click "Market Place Login" to access the site.

If you are already logged in with NEOnet's SSO platform you'll go directly to the online store, otherwise you'll need to login, and once done will be redirected to the store.

Once on the site you will find the following screen that includes our featured vendors, category selection list, a search function, and some common functions in the upper right.

Each supplier offers a set of features, some more than others. In this instance, CDW allows you to view their connected store (the Globe icon), search just their inventory (Magnifying Glass icon), Request for Quote (PDF icon), and some also have an option to contact the account rep (Email Icon). Each of these will be covered in separate how-to documents.

The main search function will actually search products across all vendors that support the capability (which are identified by the magnifying glass on their supplier profile).

There is also a Supplier specific search function when you see the Magnifying Glass which allows you to search their store items exclusively.

When clicking the Magnifying Glass icon, you'll receive a layered pop-up to complete a Supplier specific search.

The system will then search for the items and return results similar to the product listing screen shown above. You can add to a cart and not need to go directly to the Supplier store.

In this instance, searching for USB Flash drives shows the following results. You can see filtering options available on the left, as well as a means to select individual items for comparison.

Selecting specific search items allows you to compare them before purchasing.

You can set quantity and add items to your cart all within the NEOnet Market Place

You have a means to view all items in your cart.

Clicking the Globe Icon will open the Supplier's specific store. Any purchasing done in this process will be completed within the NEOnet Market Place as outlined below.

Each store may have a default Landing Page with additional information about their offerings or contact details for our shared Account Manager. Any "shopping" done in this environment will bring items in your cart back to the Market Place for and integrated check out process (see below).

The landing page for each Supplier store is unique, in this instance, Staples needs a Zip Code for location based inventory.

Once on the Supplier site you can search for items, browse categories, and find the items you wish to review and/or purchase.

Like any ecommerce environment you can add items to your cart.

When you Checkout, the Supplier Store will enforce certain requirements.

In this example, there is a minimum order amount. If you wish to purchase you may need to add more items or quantity to your cart.

Once you Submit your order, you will be returned to the NEOnet Market Place for payment and shipping details.

Here you will see your shopping cart details in the NEOnet Market Place

You have an option to Checkout, or if your buying privleges are limited, you can Transfer your cart to a decision maker to complete the task.

When Transferring your cart, you can give the cart a Name, select the User(s) to send to, and add comments.

When browsing users you should see those in your organization approved to review and complete your order.

When you Transfer the cart, the recipient will receive email notification where they can approve or reject the order and provide notification as to the end results.

You will also see the status of the Transferred cart

Completing the Checkout process

As with a normal Checkout, the system will provide you with a means to both a Billing and Shipping addresses, Payment details (including PO), as well as some additional information such as Requested Delivery Date, and notes for internal, supplier, and delivery purposes which is covered below.

Set a Requested Delivery Date if you are ordering near break and need to ensure arrival will happen when staff are on site to receive.

You can browse for specific shipping addresses if the items ordered need to go to a specific building.

Your district locations will be populated for you to select.

If you have a purchasing card you can use it, you'll be prompted with the typical card details once selected.

Alternatively you can select a Purchase Order, this includes the use of standing open purchase orders.

Click "OK"

Click the "Add internal comments" field.

Click the "Add order comments" field.
