How To View Vacant or Occupied Workspaces in Planon

Navigate to [facilities.dartmouth.edu](https://facilities-pre.dartmouth.edu/home/BP/WebClient#home)

Click "Space planning"

Click "Spaces & workspaces"

Find and select the property for which you would like to view vacant or occupied spaces for. You can search for a property in the "Value" field, or find and select it from the list of properties below. Here we will select "Baker Library"

Click "Filters"

Click "Floors"

Select the floor

Click "Spaces"

Select the space you would like to see occupancy status for

Click the "CAD Integrator" view mode on the right hand side of the screen after selecting your space

Click "CAD Integrator" at the top left of the CAD view

Click "Space mapping"

Click "Available workspaces"

Spaces are grouped by the number of persons present and the available workspaces. Workspaces are highlighted in green, yellow, orange or red based on their availability status

- **Green** – **Available**, the space is not occupied; all workspaces are available - **Yellow** – **Partially Available**, one or more persons occupy the space, but a limited number of workspaces is still available - **Orange** – **Unavailable,** the number of persons present in the space is equal to the number of workspaces and no workspaces are available - **Red** – **Overpopulated**, the number of persons occupying the space exceeds the number of workspaces
