Go to <https://cornerstone.ou.edu/> and click the Navigation Menu

Click "Profile"

Click on the "Annual Reviews" tile

Click the down arrow next to "Annual Review - CY2024"

Click "Print Review"

Open your downloaded annual review.

Scroll to the last page (or second to last page) and find your Merit Tier. - 3 = Merit Tier 3: Highest increase (Top 10%) - 2 = Merit Tier 2: Second highest increase (Next 25%) - 1 = Merit Tier 1: Standard increase - N/A = Ineligible for an increase
