How To ... Access An Employee Training QR Code

Navigate to [https://visionmp.co.uk/login/](https://visionmp.co.uk/login/)

Click "Training Matrix"

Click on your name (or the relevant employee if you are a manager with multiple records showing) to open up the main Training Record.

Select the QR Code button.

This will then open up the QR Code which is now ready to scan, email or download.

Tip! To quickly show others your training records without having to log into VISION, take a photo of your QR Code and store this in your photos or in a file on your phone. Showing your QR Code and getting others to scan it will instantly bring up your most up to date training records. See step 6 for what they will see.

Scanning the QR Code (or clicking on it when you are accessing the QR Code directly within VISION) will bring up all your Active training records along with any certificates that have been uploaded.

Your QR Code is unique to you and is 'live'. This means that you only ever need to save it once to your phone and whenever your Training Record is updated, your QR Code will instantly show changes.

Alert! QR Codes only display active training records that are in date and exclude confidential records.
