How To ... Create Master CPD Records: CPD Hours + Points and CPD Questions

Navigate to MENU / Training Matrix.

Go to your Training Matrix Master Setup.

Select one of your master courses.

Enter in the estimated amount of CPD Points.

Then do the same for CPD Hours.

To create questions/notes to be completed when an employee is recording a CPD entry for this type of activity, select Add Note.

Click the Title field and enter the question/note. You can add up to 4 questions/notes. To add another, select Add Note and complete the title field.

When you have added all questions/notes, Click "Update this training".

Repeat this process for all your Master CPD Records.
