You will have to agree to the tick box

Click "Finish"

Click "Yes, Proceed to Cart"

Click "Pay with Card" Once paid you will EA will be advised of your payment a copy of your Insurance COC will be available to download from the marsh Website HERE on the Friday of the week you purchased.
