How To ... Set Notification Rules

Select the Notifications Tab

Click "Add Rule"

Select the Notification Trigger to be created from the drop down menu

Click on the Plus sign to select the Report Types to be linked to the notification, select the Reports and Click "Apply changes"

Set the Locations by clicking on the Plus icon

Select the Locations this notification applies to.

Click "Save & Close"

Set the Recipients by clicking on the Recipients Plus icon

Select the recipients from the drop down list. This list will only show: \- indivdiuals that are linked to all the selected locations, including all System Administrators and Module Administrators who do not have Locations restricted. Select "Confirm".

Click "Save Changes"

Tip! There is no limit as to the number of notification triggers that can be set and any combination of report types and locations can be set. Always set the Locations before the Recipients to ensure the employee/s selected have access to all the selected Locations. A warning message will appear if Locations and Recipients are not paired correctly.
