Navigate to the Training Matrix and click on your Training Record.

When you are recording any type of CPD for the first time, you will need to create a new activity record first which you will then link any of the same type of CPD to.

To set create your new activity record first, select 'Add Training'.

Press on the picker to access the list of cpd/course options.

Either scroll through the selectable options or search for the item you want.

Click on the relevant item.

Set the Status to To Do.

The Activity is now ready to record your first CPD event. Click "Change Status"

Change the Status to "Active".

Set the date the CPD event was completed.

Most CPD events won't have an expiry date, so Click "Clear date" so a count down does not show in the Training Matrix.

Add in the points and hours (or enter 0 if not applicable) and answer the set questions. When all information has been recorded, click 'Set Status'.

You will now start to see the CPD entries for this type of activity within the Activity's status history.
Tip! Once the first CPD event has been recorded, if you complete future events of the same type, you can do this by using the quick Record CPD button as shown in the steps below:

Click "Record CPD"

Complete the fields to confirm the CPD completed Select "Confirm CPD"

Logged activity will show in the Status History
