Navigate to your Training Matrix

To sort by any of the columns, including sorting by Roles, click on the arrows next to the column name

Once your view has changed, click on the "Bookmark" button. This will save your current view making it your default view

Tip! Once you have saved a search, this will remain your default view. When you leave the Training Matrix and return at a later date, your saved view will be displayed. If you want to return to the default view of the Training Matrix, follow the next steps.

Click the "Filter" button

Click "Clear Search". This will set your view back to normal

To successfully clear the previous saved search, click the "Bookmark" button

A message will appear to confirm "Saved search cleared successfully"
