How do I invite a patient for a face scan and analyse the results?

Go to [https://pro.supplentia.com](https://staging.pro.supplentia.com/face-scans)

Click on “Intake” in the main menu.

In the dropdown, select “Face scans”.

Click on “Invite for face scan”.

In the “Start typing” field, enter the patient’s name or email address.

Select the correct patient from the suggestions.

Check if the right patient is selected, then click “Continue”. The invitation will be sent to the patient.

You’ll now see an overview of all face scans sent. In the “Status” column, you can check if a scan has been completed. When it says “Completed,” results are available.

Click the arrow next to the scan to open the results.

You’ll land on a summary page showing the scan results.

You’ll see four biomarkers with available results. Click the arrow next to any biomarker to view more details.

Each biomarker comes with additional information. For more details about how the score is calculated, you can click a link that provides further explanation. This link is visible on the platform, but not shown in the screenshot.

Use the download option to save the report as a PDF. You can keep it, print it, share it with your patient, or upload it to a care plan. Note: the report is not automatically added to the care plan. You need to download and upload it manually.
The face scan results provide complementary insights into your patient’s health profile. Use them to support your analysis or intake conversation.
