How do I manage my appointments and set my availability?

Go to [https://pro.supplentia.com](https://staging.pro.supplentia.com/appointments)

Click “Hub” in the main menu.

Click “Appointments.”

You'll land on an overview page with all your scheduled appointments.

Use filters to search by patient name, note, or date.

Click the cross icon to cancel an appointment. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Click the pencil icon to edit an appointment.

In the pop-up, select a new timeslot.

Add a note for yourself or the patient, if needed.

Click the three dots to see additional actions. From this menu, you can open the patient’s record, create a care plan, or send a questionnaire or face scan.

In the right-hand sidebar, click “Availability.”

Under “Working hours,” indicate on which days and times you’re available for appointments.

In “Timeslots,” define how long appointments should last (currently only one timeslot can be configured).

In “Visibility,” choose whether anyone visiting your public page can book, or only patients linked to you.

Click “add exception” to block out specific times.

For example: you're unavailable one afternoon. Enter the date and time in the pop-up to block it in your calendar.
Your availability is updated in real time on your public profile. Use exceptions to block off time temporarily.
