How do I manually create a new job search?

Start from the dashboard

Click "New Search"

We can either go for "Textual" or via "Upload/Link", for this explainer we go for "Textual"

Click "*Not yet specified"

Type "Front end developer"

Click somewhere outside the input field

Click "Generate rest" to activate our Feeling Lazy feature 🙂

Now make sure we give a broad enough search radius. Don't make it to small, our perfect match might be just a few km further than you'd think.
The feeling lazy feature has filled in possibly desired skills and experiences. On the next screen we can give priority to some key skills or experiences, also there we can filter unneeded ones out.

Click "\*Not yet specified" and type relevant companies where someone might have worked.

Enter a desired salary

Enter a maximum transfer bonus. If you're not sure what the transfer bonus is, please make sure to visit our [FAQ](https://welovehumans.io/faq/) about the transfer bonus.
The transfer bonus is negotiable. When putting it to a too low number we could be missing out on possible matches.

Click "Next"

Now we're going to filter our qualifications and give them weights by dividing them into "may", "should and "must" possess a qualification.
Giving lots of weight (e.g. full circle) to more than one qualification might narrow down a search. You can play around with this when you've done a search and you might want to broader it, see how to do that [[here]].

We don't want this qualification, so we remove it by hitting the "Cross" icon.

Click your desired language, only select language's that are must have's.

When you're done, click "Find humans" to start your job search!
