Add the clinic details for where this nurse will be working

Add the nurse's AHPRA number, expiry date, and certificate

Add the nurse's or clinic's insurance
7
Identify the nurse's qualification
8
Add how long the nurse has been an RN or EN, and their experience

Upload the nurse's Hyalase training certificate
