How do I update my Drugbook if I spill or discard any product?

Navigate to [https://app.freshclinics.com.au](https://app.freshclinics.com.au/org-owner/notice-board)

Click "Compliance

Click "Drugbook"

Click "Disposal Record"

Click the "Select Drug" field.

Select the name of the drug that was discarded.

Type in the amount that was discarded in units or mls.

Select your source. \ If you bought your products through Fresh Clinics click "Fresh Clinics".\ If you bought your products elsewhere click "other".

Explain in the notes section the reason for the discarded product- Eg.( broken vial, spillage, expired)

Type in your batch number.

Type in your batch expiry (this is optional)

Declare the product that was discarded by checking this box.

Click "Save"
