Go to [https://pro.supplentia.com](https://staging.pro.supplentia.com/protocols)

Click on “Catalogue” in the main menu.

Select “Protocols” from the submenu.

You'll land on an overview page showing all available protocols, both your own and those provided by brands on the platform. Use the filters or search bar to find a protocol.

Use the filter “By Supplentia” to show only protocols created by brands.

Use the filter “My protocols” to view only the ones you've created.

Use the “Draft” filter to see unpublished protocols, or “Published” to view the ones already shared.

Click the star icon to mark a protocol as a favorite. Favorites will always appear at the top of the list.

Click the arrow icon to open a protocol and view its details.

Click “Create protocol” to start a new one from scratch.

Enter a name for your protocol.

(Optional) Add an internal description . This is only visible to you.

Click “Add product” to include supplements in your protocol.

Click “Add” to insert the selected product into your protocol.

Close the catalogue window using the X icon to return to the protocol.

(Optional) Add additional instructions. These will automatically appear in future care plans.

Click “Save” to keep your changes.

Click the pencil icon to edit an existing protocol.

Use the three-dot menu for additional actions: publish, edit, duplicate, or delete. Double-click "Publish"

Click “Publish” when your protocol is ready to go live.
Once published, a protocol cannot be edited. To make changes, duplicate it and edit the copy. This applies to brand protocols as well.

Click “Use in care plan” to apply the protocol in a personalized recommendation. Products, dosage, and instructions will be auto-filled. Click “Continue” to confirm.
You can add the same protocol multiple times to a care plan. This helps standardize your workflow, especially when working with recurring use cases.
