Advisee Listing

Click the 4-square menu.

Click "Banner"

Click "Faculty and Advisors"

Click "Advisee Listing"

Make sure to select the correct term in the drop down menu. Then select "View My Advisee Listing".

View Advisee Listing. Note the option to "Email All".
Find Advisee Alt PIN and PGAA Consent

To find **Alt PIN** information as well as **PGAA** (Parent Guardian Authorization to Access, which signifies whether or not a student has authorized a parent/guardian to call and access their academic information), select the "Download Advisee Listing" option on the Advisee Listing page.

Select the correct term in the "Term Code" drop down menu. **Note:** when searching for advisee ALT PINs, you may need to select the **upcoming** term. Select "Download"

After opening the downloaded file, scroll to the right to view "Alt PIN" and "Parent Consent" categories.
Quick Access to Individual Alt PIN

Alternately, find the Alt PIN for an individual student by selecting their name in the advisee listing.

On the student's profile page, click "Registration Notices" and view "Registration PIN Assigned".
