How to Access and Partake in a CBT Exam

Log in to your school portal as a student.

On the left side-bar, click the "Exams" menu

Click "My Upcoming Exams" sub-menu

Find the exam(s) you want to take, and click the "Select to take" checkbox

Click the "Start" button

Read the instructions for the selected exam (if any) and click "next" to proceed to the next page

Read through the system instructions, and click "Start" to begin your Exam

Click "Continue"

Begin your Exams by answering the presented questions.\ \ You may find three types of question:\ \ **- Multiple Choice (Objective) Questions**: \ This type of question allows you to read through and click/select which option is the correct option amongst the options presented.\ \ **- Subjective (fill-in-the-gaps) Questions:**\ This type of question allows you to read through and type-in short answers or phrases in the answer input box provided.\ \ **- Theory (Explanatory or Open-ended) Questions:**\ This type of question allows you to read through and either:-\ -- Type in your answers in the answer input box provided, \ or\ --Upload answer file(s) - especially for assignments/home-works\ or\ -- Answer your questions manually in physical answer sheets, and submit them physically to your exam supervisor/teacher for grading

Click "next" or "previous" buttons to navigate to the next or previous question (respectively)

Click "Submit" when you are done with your Exams to submit.

Click "Yes. Submit!" to confirm submission

Click "OK"
How to View your CBT Answer Script (if allowed)

Click "Exams"

Click "My Written Exams"

Click "View My Answer Script"

Your Answer script will be displayed, showing all the questions and your answers - indicating the ones you answered correctly and also the ones you did not (if any), as well as the corrections/correct answers (if enabled).\ \ You will also see the summary of your general performance (total score obtained) in the exam/test.

Click "View Answer Explanation" for any question you need more explanation about

Click "Close" when you are done reading.

Click "Print" if you want hard copy.

Click "Done" when you are done.
