How to Access DMS via Senate Website

Navigate to <https://senate.ucla.edu/>

Once directed to the Senate homepage, click on "Login for Senate Committee and Council Members." This will direct you to the Data Management System (DMS) in a new window.

Click "Sign In" at the top-right corner. Enter your login credentials and proceed. You will be required to enter your UCLA login credentials and multi-factor authentication.

Once logged in, assigned members can log into your respective Council/Committee.

Upon clicking "Councils & Committees" from the last slide, all of the following will be displayed. Take "Undergraduate Council" for example.

Each council/committee will have a similar interface. You will be directed to the "Meetings" tab which displays upcoming meetings, including additional resources like agendas and minutes.

The "Poll" section will display ongoing polls for your council/committee.

Please refer to the "Reference Materials" section when needed.

The "All Meetings" section on the same page displays past and future scheduled meetings, including links to the agendas and minutes for each.

The "Membership" tab shows current members of the committee/council. Clicking "Switch Year" at the top-right corner will display a dropdown menu of past academic years. Once one is chosen, the membership from that year will appear.

The "Responses" tab reflects written records of assigned proposals, policies, and revisions.
