Grade Change, Instructor-Initiated Withdrawal, and other faculty form links are located in Navigate to prevent access by non-employees. Follow these steps to access faculty forms.

Log into Navigate: <https://lowercolumbia.campus.eab.com/>

On your Navigate Home click "School Information" in the right-side menu.

The "School Information" page will link to various important staff/faculty Registration forms.
